As a Head of Agile Service Line, I learn something new every day in terms of practice, organizational design, stakeholder management. But on the job learning must go hand in hand with study. Study of frameworks, team management, system thinking, scaling tools and techniques, in order to create a valuable product/service.
That’s why, after the PSM-Professional Scrum Master and the PSPO-Professional Scrum Product Owner, I completed the theoretical framework of Agile basics with the approach to scaling Agile and Scrum, and I also achieved the Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS) certification.
